DELIVERY
Our biltong is made to order, meaning it's is prepared and hung once the order is placed, ensuring it is of the finest and freshest quality possible. Following this, our dispatch times are approximately 6-10 days after an order is received. We then use Royal Mail 2nd class. Tracking numbers can be provided upon request.
We offer FREE delivery for orders over £40.00
RETURNS POLICY
All our products allow for a 7 day returns policy. After the 7 day cooling off period from the date of delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, any damaged or unwanted goods MUST be in the original, unopened sealed packaging.
When returning goods please ensure your chosen delivery service is reputable and can provide evidence of the return.
