PACKAGING & STORAGE

 

 

All biltong orders below of 100g and 500g will be pre-packed in sealed foiled bags. Orders of 1kg will be vacuum sealed and once opened, should be transferred to the brown paper bags supplied or your own breathable containers. Biltong should be stored in a cool, dry, well ventilated area to avoid moisture build up and should be shuffled twice daily. All biltong and koeksisters that are vacuum sealed can be frozen for later use for no longer than 3 months. Once open, consume within 7 days.
